Fair Play Policy – Zesty Games

Ensuring Integrity and Transparency in Every Game

This Fair Play Policy ("Policy") is part of Zesty Games’s terms and conditions and aims to ensure that all games are played with fairness, competition, skill, and sportsmanship. Users are expected to adhere strictly to this Policy. Zesty Games reserves the right to take strict action for any violations.

1. Fair Play Violations

A Fair Play Violation includes but is not limited to:

  • Use of unfair means to influence game outcomes
  • Fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activities
  • Funds transfer via games (money transferring)
  • Collusion/syndicate playing between users
  • Prohibited conduct outlined in Section 2

By using Zesty Games, users agree not to participate in any Fair Play Violation.

2. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using multiple accounts to join same Cash Game or table
  • Impersonation or misrepresentation
  • Accessing others’ accounts without permission
  • Misuse of funds or misrepresenting their source
  • Deliberate loss to transfer winnings
  • Using cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized tools
  • Uploading unlawful, spam, or offensive content
  • Money laundering through gameplay
  • Using abusive, racist, or defamatory language

All KYC documents must be authentic. Fraudulent documentation leads to termination and legal consequences.

3. Consequences of Fair Play Violations

  • Immediate suspension and fund freezing
  • Permanent bans for violators and aiding users
  • Funds may be forfeited or repatriated to affected users
  • Fair Play violation fee up to ₹10,000 or 3x add-cash (whichever is higher)
  • Legal action for insufficient balance cases
  • No time limit on investigating and penalizing violations

4. Redressal for Genuinely Affected Users

Users who suffer monetary losses due to others’ Fair Play Violations can:

  • Request a refund within 72 hours by emailing Info@quantumarcade.in
  • Receive investigation results within 72 hours
  • Get eligible refunds per the cancellation and refund policy

5. Security Measures

  • 24×7 expert monitoring & anti-fraud algorithms
  • RNG certified by iTech Labs (ISO 17025)
  • Randomized seating and encryption of card data
  • Collusion detection alerts and tech-based fraud assessment

6. Game Cancellation and Refund Policy

In case of technical errors or Fair Play Violations:

Points Rummy:
  • Refunds for affected users
  • Forfeiture and penalties for violators
Pool Rummy, Deals Rummy, Tournaments:
  • Refund of entry + rebuy for affected users
  • Forfeiture and penalties for violators

Refunds will be processed within 14 days upon review confirmation.
